ICUE(International Consortium for Universities of Education in East Asia)는 동아시아 지역의 교원 양성 대학이 연대해서 상호 국제교류 사업의 원활한 추진을 목적으로 2006년 결성되었습니다. 현재 회원교는 총 47개교로 한국 18개교, 일본 13개교, 중화권 15개교, 몽골 1개교로 구성되어 있습니다. 특히 한국(서울교대, 공주대), 중국(북경사범대, 화동사범대), 일본(도쿄학예대, 오사카교육대) 2개교씩 총 6개교가 주요 운영교로 매년 국제심포지엄(운영위원회의 포함)을 순회하며 개최해 오고 있습니다.

Currently, the ICUE has a total of 47 member institutions, including 18 from Korea, 13 from Japan, 15 from Greater China, and 1 from Mongolia. Notably, six key institutions—two from Korea (Seoul National University of Education, Kongju National University), two from China (Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University), and two from Japan (Tokyo Gakugei University, Osaka Kyoiku University)—rotate hosting the annual International Symposium and Executive Committee Meetings.
